TERMS & CONDITIONS

Alcoholic beverages

  • Alcohol consumption is only allowed on privately chartered vehicles 

  • Only tours with privately chartered transportation include use of a provided cooler

 

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

24 Hours

  • All tour tickets can be changed and or cancelled for a full refund until 24 hours prior to the tour. 

 

72 Hours

  • All private party fees/ deposits are fully refundable until 72 hours prior to the tour

 

Policies:

  • Final party sizes are the responsibility of the customer to confirm and communicate with Premium Tours and Transportation directly. Modifications are only available until 24 hours prior to the tour time.

 

  • Customers are responsible for confirming all reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds against automated booking confirmation and or refund emails. If there is a discrepancy the customer is responsible for contacting Premium Tours and Transportation directly by telephone or email 24 hours prior to their tour time.

 

  • Changing party size can affect the airboat booking size requirements and price.

 

Weather

  • All tours are rain or shine, with exceptions made for severe weather

  • Weather related cancellations are fully refundable and solely determined by Premium Tours and Transportation

 

Additional Time on Privately Chartered Transportation

  • Additional time requested by the guest is charged by the half hour, $60 per 14 passenger vehicle / $100 for larger vehicles

  • Any additional stops on the return trip count as additional time

  • Additional time is subject to availability

 

Excessive Cleaning or Damage

  • Any necessary excessive cleaning will be billed at a minimum of $300

  • Any permanent damage will be billed at the cost of the repairs to the credit card on file

 

Lost, Damaged or Left Behind Items

  • Premium Tours and Transportation is not responsible for any items lost, damaged or left behind on tours

  • Lost items that have been found can be shipped or Ubered at customers expense during normal business hours

 

Behavior

  • Abusive or unreasonable behavior will not be tolerated and will result in in immediate termination of the tour, no refunds will be issued 

  • Premium Tours and Transportation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
