Private Swamp Tours New Orleans is a part of Premium Tours and Transportation, one of the area’s most comprehensive tour services. Premium offers a variety of high end tour options across the Greater New Orleans Area.
Founded in the Spring of 2019 our goal is to provide convenient access to private airboat tours of the swamps and bayous of southern Louisiana, far and away the most exciting tour available in the area!
Just a short ride south from Downtown New Orleans you will find some of the most scenic swamps and active alligator habitats in the country. Private Swamp Tours New Orleans lets you choose how you want to get to the dock, with private, general, and self drive transportation options.
THE TEAM
At Private Swamp Tours New Orleans we only work with the best people in every capacity.
Our airboat captains are all bayou born and bred. Part ecologist, part bayou comedian, every captain brings their own special style to each tour. Doesn’t hurt that they know every big gator by name and feeding ground either!
Our drivers and chauffeurs are the most professional, punctual, and efficient people on the road day in and day out. We can always count on them to get you too and from the bayou on safe and on time.
THE SWAMP
An airboat tour of the Jean Lafitte swamp combined with extremely knowledgeable airboat captains,
provide you with the perfect opportunity to see and learn about the wildlife, history, and ecology of the
swamps of Southern Louisiana.
On this tour you will be brought face to face with the residents of the swamp including: herons, egrets,
and plenty of alligators! With 20,000 acres to explore you’ll get to experience the thrill of a full throttle
airboat ride across open water as well as the sounds of the swamp as you drift silently through the
narrow waterways.
RESTRICTIONS
Tours are restricted to the following groups: Anyone with back or neck injuries, children under 5 years of age and expectant mothers. You must also be able to board the airboat without assistance.
